Traci Duez lives in Sugar Land, TX (near Houston). She grew up as the oldest (smartest and prettiest) of four girls in Jeannette, PA (near Pittsburgh). She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. That may lead you to believe she is a bit of a nerd. (You’d be correct.) She then entered the master’s program at The Ohio State University in athletic coaching. Eventually, she spent seventeen years in Information Technology which may lead you to believe she’s also a bit of geek. (You’d be correct there, too.) Today, she uses her knowledge, research, experience, and passion to bring the new (nerdy-geeky but practical) discipline of neuro-axiology to life.

Dariusz J. Nasiek, MD is a board certified pain specialists and anesthesiologist. He completed his residency and fellowship training at St Vincent's Hospital & Medical Center in NYC and has been in private practice in NY and NJ since 1996.

Dr. Nasiek holds board certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians—he is one of the small group of triple certified pain specialists. Dr. Nasiek is considered an expert in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections with hundreds of procedures performed on his patients.

Dr. Nasiek serves as a Director of Anesthesiology at Hackensack Surgical Center in Hackensack, NJ; he is a founding partner of Allied Neurology and Interventional Pain Practice with offices in NY and NJ.

Dr. Nasiek, MD is the founder af PRP Centers of America (PCA), a group of medical practices dedicated to the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatments of chronic pain and musculosceletal maladies. The centers implement the use of the PRP therapies for a revolutionary approach in regenerative medicine (RM).

To be candid I find this book very helpful and understandable. It covers every aspect and angle to know about how a patient can use his own blood for regeneration and healing , this is a process that little by little is obtaining a lot of fame in the medical field all over the world and I'm sincerely thrilled with what the author of this book (Dr Nasiek) has written here. I'm looking forward to reading more of his work & studies.

This book covers in great detail one of the most intriguing function of the human body, that is the ability of certain cells{ stem cells} to induce healing process within the damaged tissue. In order to preform this procedure physician needs to separate white cells from the red ones by spinning collected blood sample inside the high speed centrifuge. White cells containing {platelets rich plasms PRP} are then re injected into the affected area of the patient's body. It is amazing process based on natural ability of the human body to heal itself. This process is being widely used in Europe {especially in Germany} and is still not being fully utilized in the United States. The author ,Dr Nasiek did great service to the medical field and to the public at large by bringing this procedure to our mainstream of medical treatments available. It was done in the form of concise and well written book

Diggers versus Inhabitants

The "People of Chaco" is about the people (white man) who found the ruins, and the subsequent history of people who excavated, catalogued, and estalished the archeology. It is more about the history of the establishment of protection policies than of the people who lived here, built here, died here, socialized here...and their migration into other clans and tribes of the southwest, when the Chaco culture started to fail. This book was published in the mid-late '80's, and it is interesting to note that there have been a lot of turnarounds in thoughts, attitudes, and deductions in later published books. Later books, however, are almost too stiff, in their efforts to be more "politically correct" in their verbage and descriptions. Also, lots has happened since 1989.

I'm not technical, so I feared the book would bury me in facts/figures; however, it was entrancing! It was on the reading list for a trip thru RoadScholar.org, so I wanted some background before my trip. This is a good companion piece with other books I have read about the Anasazi. John M. Butler is a NIST Fellow and Special Assistant to the Director for Forensic Science, Office of Special Programs, at the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology, in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Dr. Butler earned his PhD from the University of Virginia while doing DNA research in the FBI Laboratory's Forensic Science Research Unit. He has won numerous scientific awards, including being named Science Watch’s #1 world-wide high-impact author in legal medicine and forensic science over the last decade (July 2011). Fundamentals and Beyond

I needed some very concise and specialized information about binning strategies, and I did find it inside this book. In general from the reading of this book, I must say that almost anyone interested in the field should read it.
It is wonderful to be able to read one of those that have contributed so much to our area of work. And for those of us that haven't t got the chance to listen to Dr Butler lectures, it is very nice to read his opinions in the amenable and organized way he presents the whole issue.

No one loves studying DNA

But the book was exactly as advertised, its in great shape and has come in very use full in class. DNA is not an easy topic, but this book/author has a way of breaking it down into understandible sections. I've had 2 other DNA books, and simply could not keep up with the words used and the pace of the book. This is not the case with this book. Very satisfied.

Dr. Butler was one of the developers of DNA typing. I have heard him lecture on it several times. He recommended this as a starter. I am enjoying getting more in-depth information than I could get in a lecture. This is a good book to start learning about this interesting subject and I would recommend it to those trying to get started in this field.

Not on par with the rest of the Peppa series

My kids love the entire Peppa franchise. But this book is on the lower end of the scale. It's just not as entertaining as the rest. Peppa and his family go to the pool....and go swimming. That's pretty much it. There is no real story to speak of.

It's a decent bedtime book because it's very soothing and calming. It's also got value as a book to let a kid read by herself because it's simple and they can get the entire story just from the pictures. (And anything that makes a kid sit and read by themselves and be interested in it is a very good thing)

The coloring is vibrant. I'll give it that. The coloring of the illustrations captured my 4 year old's attention.

But the other Peppa books are better if you're looking to buy only 1 or 2.

She also loves swimming so I knew she would enjoy this one

I have been slowly adding some of these Peppa books to her collection, as she loves to be read to. She also loves swimming so I knew she would enjoy this one. She knows all the characters, and loves pointing them all out. This book is cute and colorful, however I personally thought it was lacking a little bit as far as the variety of pictures. Each page is pretty much the same with the characters in the pool, with some slight variations. However, as you can tell from my video this book has been well loved in just the couple months that we have had it. My daughter wants us to read it to her over and over, and she carries it around with her all the time looking at the pictures. So although the pictures are a bit repetitive to me, my daughter loves it and that is what matters most. There are 23 pages total not including the cover page, and there are just the right amount of words on the pages to tell a nice story without losing her attention. Overall I like this book, it just isn't my personal favorite in the series. I still would recommend it to anyone with a child who is a Peppa fan. This was a personal purchase bought at the full retail price. I am reviewing it solely to share my experience with other potential buyers.

Goodnight, Peppa!

My daughter is two, almost three and she loves Peppa Pig. I was excited to order this book for delivery on its release date. We read it the first night at bedtime and she listened so intently. There's not much of a plot line, like most Peppa books, and that's perfect for bedtime! They jump in muddy puddles a bit before having a bath, brushing their teeth, and hearing a bedtime story as they fall asleep. That's it! Simple and fun to read. My daughter has wanted to hear it each night with her bedtime books. If you have a Peppa lover, it's a good way to end the day :)

This is a great book, but I believe the graphs could be reprinted using technology from the 21st century. Many are difficult to read as small as they are and as thick as the ink is. Aside from that, this book is an excellent source of information regarding petroleum fluids.

Heavily advanced

I took engineering calculus during college 15 years ago and wanted a book to better understand petroleum fluids. It's just over my head keeping up with advanced function equations. This is not a slam on the book, just be prepared for its advanced nature. It could be a very good book for those advanced math types.

Moreover, the links between factors at international and domestic levels are examined, with four proposed mechanisms through which an international institution may affect domestic policies. Evidence is found that the CBD has had a beneficial impact on national biodiversity policies in the country studied, but that necessary compatible legislation is absent in developed country parties.
